The Igneus Ceramiko Range

Welcome to the Igneus Ceramiko wood fired pizza oven range of stunning high grade refractory ovens, which offer you the ability to create the traditionally styled oven of your dreams, whilst ensuring stunning build quality and optimum performance.

Hand cast in the UK, these exceptional ovens are built using commercial grade materials. If you wish to, your oven can be encased in a variety of ways, such as brick, render, mosaic etc. This enables you to add a personal touch to the final finish of your oven. 

There are four sizes available and the home use ovens also have the option of adding a stand.

The Igneus Ceramiko range comes as a modular kit so the main oven can be easily constructed in less than an hour. This is because all of the component parts interlock to form a super-strong self-sealing structure. The modular construction means that you can easily carry the parts into position (a two or three man job depending on the size of the oven you choose). Then you quickly interlock them on-site, without the need for expensive lifting equipment or cranes. 

The home ovens are capable of holding their heat for 4 hours or around 24 hours if you choose to install the insulation kit. Please note that the insulation kit cannot be installed on ovens placed on the stand. The Pro ovens have 24+ hours of heat retention as they come with the insulation kit as standard. The exceptional performance properties of the refractory mix used in the production process means that you should experience professional restaurant quality results every time. All un-rendered Ceramiko ovens need sealing (with sealant) every 3 months.

Igneus Ceramiko 600  – Cooks 1 pizza at a time. Comes in 3 component parts. Can be insulated and customised when built onto a pre-existing structure (without the stand) for 24 hour heat retention.

Igneus Ceramiko 760 – Cooks 2 pizzas at a time. Comes in 3 component parts. Can be insulated and customised when built onto a pre-existing structure (without the stand) for 24 hour heat retention.

Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1200

Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1000  – Cooks 4 pizzas at a time. Comes in 5 component parts. Supplied with insulation kit as standard and can be and customised when built onto a pre-existing structure. 24 hour heat retention.

Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1200 – Cooks 5 pizzas at a time. Comes in 6 component parts. Supplied with insulation kit as standard and can be and customised when built onto a pre-existing structure. 24 hour heat retention.

No stand available – can only be built onto a structure and must be insulated and finished ti your own style.

Ceramiko 600

The Igneus Ceramiko 600 oven is a compact, affordable wood fired oven hand cast in the UK which is a perfect centrepiece for any garden and is fantastic for those with limited space.

It can be assembled and made ready to use within 60+ minutes.

You can upgrade the oven with the Insulation kit (not compatible with the optional stand). The insulation kit supplies you with the materials you need to insulate your oven to increase the heat retention up to 24 hours. A render kit is also available as an optional extra.

Ceramiko 760

The Ceramiko 760 is a medium sized pizza oven with an internal cooking area diameter of 760mm. This generous size allows you to cook two pizzas at the same time. You can choose from the oven on its own or add the stand as an optional extra

There is fantastic heat retention as it keeps its heat for over 4 hours. There is also an optional insulation kit (not compatible with the optional stand) which can be added to the oven to increase the heat retention to up to 24 hours. A render kit is also available.

Optimum performance

The Igneus Ceramiko 600 and 760 will hold their heat for 4 hours if uninsulated. By adding the insulation kit (not compatible with the optional stand) they will retain heat for up to 24 hours.

The Igneus Ceramiko 1000 and 1200 must be built onto a pre-existing structure and will deliver 24 hours of heat retention.

Totally customisable

To customise your oven it must be built onto on a strong pre-built structure.

To build, simply lock the oven core together and install the insulation kit. Finish the outer oven as you wish using render, mosaic, brick etc. creating your own unique built in oven, oozing with rustic charm.

DEFRA approved

All of the ovens in the Igneus Ceramiko range can be used outdoors and can be made fully weather proof by coating sealing solution onto the dome.

Additionally the three larger ovens – the Igneus Ceramika 760, Pro 1000 and Pro 1200 oven designs are also approved for use indoors.

Ceramiko Pro 1000

The Igneus Ceramiko Pro 1000 pizza oven is ideal for commercial use due to its generous size. With a 1000mm internal cooking area and the design is approved for indoor and outdoor use.

It is supplied with 3 interlocking cooking floor bases, 2 oven dome pieces, fire cement, a door and a black flue and chimney cap. As well as this, it also comes with insulation materials and a decorative archway. A Render kit is available as an optional extra.
