Fuelled by small 6″ pieces of kiln dried hardwood (silver birch is best), the Igneus Minimo pizza oven takes around 15 minutes to get up to cooking heat and it will cook a superb 12″ stone baked pizza in roughly 80 seconds. Because of the way the oven is designed, you can also cook a roast dinner for a small family, cook a lasagne or a casserole and you can even bake bread, sourdough or puddings such as apple crumble!
Assembling the Igneus Minimo pizza oven is easy; all you need to do is slide the chimney onto the collar of the oven and click it into place. Then place the cooking stone inside the oven and you’re ready to get fired up….it really is that easy!

In a small roasting tin in the Minimo, you can roast meats as large as a family sized chicken in 45 minutes, whilst cooking amazing roast potatoes.
Using small pieces of silver birch, The Igneus Minimo will reach up to 450°C in 15 minutes and will keep cooking for around 2-3 hours
The Minimo has been specifically designed not only to cook one 12″ pizza at time, but also to be able to roast a chicken, beef, lamb or pork dinner. You can bake a lasagne for a small family with ease in a 30cm roasting tin. With a cast iron frying pan, you’ll even be able to sizzle steaks, fish, vegetables and more!
After you have finished cooking a meal, why not use the latent heat which is still inside the oven to bake a loaf of bread, a sourdough, or even some bread rolls for lunch? Because the Igneus Minimo uses the very same basic techniques used by our forefathers, it works really well as a bread oven!
