Exactly as required, the first delivery was missing the pointed cowell on the top, but one email later, I’d had a response, a reason why and an apology, followed by a notification of dispatch…. Can not fault anything reallly. The oven is always a talking point, and is brilliant at what it does. When it’s time to replace I’ll definitely be buying another igneous, from these lovely people!!
